Absolutely not! We have active fencers in their 60s and 70s. Fencing is a true lifelong sport. USA Fencing has veteran divisions specifically for 40+, 50+, 60+, and 70+ competitors. You’ll be surprised how many adults start fencing later in life.

No! Our adult fencing classes build fitness over time. You build flexibility, strength, and coordination through regular practice. Start exactly where you are—we accommodate all fitness levels. Many adults find fencing is what finally gets them into shape.

No problem! Month-to-month membership with no mandatory attendance. Train when you can. Life happens—we understand. There’s no penalty for missing classes, and you can always make them up when your schedule allows.

Nothing to start! We provide all equipment for beginners. After 2-4 months if you’re committed, consider purchasing your own gear ($500-800 total). But there’s no rush—we have equipment for you to borrow as long as you need.
